A Safe Space to Discover
Your True Self

Most of us are unaware that there’s a script continually running through our minds. We believe the script is the true “us,” the self. We practice thoughts so consistently and for so long that the act of practicing is beyond our awareness.

When we’re running on autopilot, the subconscious part of our mind runs the show.

Every moment of every day, this subconscious mind is shaping the way we see the world – how we think, speak and respond – conditioned by thoughts, patterns and beliefs that became ingrained in us during childhood. We are making active choices during only a small sliver of our day and letting our subconscious run the show the rest of the time.

The overwhelming pull of the subconscious mind makes it hard for us to change.

When we do try to push ourselves out of autopilot, we face resistance. Our brain prefers to coast on autopilot. Every time we make a choice that’s outside of our default programming, our subconscious mind will attempt to pull us back to the familiar by creating mental resistance. Mental resistance can manifest both as physical and mental discomfort, cyclical thoughts, physical symptoms. If we don’t become consciously aware of the disconnection between our authentic selves and our thoughts, we give our thoughts too much control in our daily lives. To begin this work, we must be in a safe and supportive environment where it’s okay to let down some of our defenses, take chances and let ourselves go. It is my hope to help create that safety and become an integral part of your support system in order help foster an environment where you feel comfortable, confident and empowered to engage in the work of making new choices every day and become an active, daily participant in your own healing.

Our Work Together

How do we take the next step from knowing there’s a problem to actually doing something about it?

Unanimously, all clients feel stuck in bad habits, maladaptive behaviors and predictable patterns that lead to feelings of loneliness, isolation and hopelessness. Most also share a deep-rooted belief that their consistent inability to sustain change is not only noticed by others, but is also an indication of deep-rooted damage.

Our focus together will be on improving your quality of life, overcoming obstacles and becoming more resilient in the face emotional difficulties, challenges and struggles. Through our work together, emphasis will be placed on recognizing your own personal strength with the goal of developing more personal power, as well as the skills to become better equipped to manage the stress, strain and complexity of life.

About Me

My approach is rooted in a therapeutic pluralism which utilizes and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, principles and philosophies to create a unique treatment program tailored to you. I have both a Masters Degree and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and have been working with clients for over 20 years.

Originally from Santa Barbara, California, I made Aliyah to Israel in 2019 on my own, without knowing anyone or speaking the language. It was both a bold and transformative experience.
In 2022, my family and I relocated to Thailand for two years—a period filled with growth challenge and adventure. We have since returned to Israel and are now happily settled in Netanya, where I live with my husband and our two children.

You have gone through enough of this journey alone.

Together we will rediscover your true self and help you feel whole again.
